Golden State Warriors

Oh my, what a game last night with Utah Jazz. I've never seen, since Kerr took the helm, such a horrible performance! The only player I really enjoyed watching was Javale Mcgee. (I've certainly missed his igniting enthusiasm and ability and question the coaching decision so far this year to keep him on the bench.)

Regardless, as I watched, I kept wondering if the Warriors overall were unconsciously adversely impacted by the simultaneous broadcast of the state of the union address.

How To Deal With People Who Hurt You - Eckhart Tolle 2017

In addition to personal relationships, certainly appropriate as a basis for understanding the politicians who have hijacked our country,  taking all of us on a very painful, dangerous ride, and for taking action. It's a big challenge to be aware of and not allow unconscious people, "humans trapped in ego", to "pull us into unconsciousness" ourselves, "regard these humans as blessings" and a "necessary part of being here on this planet at this time", yet crucial in working to eliminate the rampant, systematic exclusivity and division and profit before people throughout this country and the world.

Gender and Racial Equality

The recent engagement of Harry and Meghan is very inspiring. First as a love story, then as a relationship with uniqueness of lineage, familiarity with divorce, movement beyond traditions, and taboos, etc., etc.

Cosmically, unquestionably perfectly timed! This seeming reciprocity of respect and value offers wonderful possibilities to serve as a beacon demanding greater consciousness, awareness and progression of all beings.

Yay, I feel totally jazzed! Here's a terrific clip:

Kesha and "Praying"

Lyrics

Well, you almost had me fooled
Told me that I was nothing without you
Oh, but after everything you've done
I can thank you for how strong I have become

'Cause you brought the flames and you put me through hell
I had to learn how to fight for myself
And we both know all the truth I could tell
I'll just say this is "I wish you farewell"

I hope you're somewhere prayin', prayin'
I hope your soul is changin', changin'
I hope you find your peace
Falling on your knees, prayin'

I'm proud of who I am
No more monsters, I can breathe again
And you said that I was done
Well, you were wrong and now the best is yet to come
'Cause I can make it on my own
And I don't need you, I found a strength I've never known
I'll bring thunder, I'll bring rain, oh
When I'm finished, they won't even know your name

You brought the flames and you put me through hell
I had to learn how to fight for myself
And we both know all the truth I could tell
I'll just say this is "I wish you farewell"

I hope you're somewhere prayin', prayin'
I hope your soul is changin', changin'
I hope you find your peace
Falling on your knees, prayin'

Oh, sometimes, I pray for you at night
Someday, maybe you'll see the light
Oh, some say, in life, you're gonna get what you give
But some things only God can forgive

I hope you're somewhere prayin', prayin'
I hope your soul is changin', changin'
I hope you find your peace
Falling on your knees, prayin'

Instant Replay - Basketball

Definitely agree with Bob Fitzgerald that, only in the last 2 minutes of a game, if there is instant replay, the referees should have the authority to revise/change a previous call; i.e., the case Wednesday night when it was used to determine which team would get the ball. In the process, it was clear that a foul had been committed which affected who knocked the ball out of bounds. The refs were only allowed to rule on ball possession.

What's the point of instant replay if the whole scene isn't corrected?
