Crow Medicine

This morning I woke up early to the sound of crows. Whereas in the past, I’ve felt annoyed from the jarring noise, this morning I carefully listened, felt their strength, and found them to be oddly comforting. When they flew away, I excitedly jumped out of bed, went to my computer and googled “crow medicine” and voila, this link. Oops, pre-TM (Transcendental Meditation.)

What perfect messages! Especially regarding the latest saga with my birth family referenced in previous posts; i.e., Wishbones and Daggers, Frayed Family, Shattering of Illusions, SHH.

Referring back to crow medicine, here are pertinent excerpts from birdclan.org: “Crow is the sacred keeper of the law. Crow medicine signifies a firsthand knowledge of a higher order of right and wrong than that indicated by the laws created in human culture. With Crow medicine, you speak in a powerful voice when addressing issues that for you seem out of harmony, out of balance, out of whack, or unjust.”

“Crow is also the guardian of ceremonial magic and healing”. I could use both right now!
