Just had a conversation with a MetLife representative on the east coast. He emailed the requested forms and stayed on the line until they arrived. That took 10 minutes. He then stated that google and yahoo mail have been very slow lately. To which I responded, "Perhaps they're too busy buying up companies. You know, like gobble, gobble?"

We both broke out in hearty laughter. He said I brought a smile to his face. I hope that carries him through his day, as it surely will for me.
