Early this morning I telephoned Doctor's Data lab in Illinois to find out if my test results were completed. Clearly, the customer service rep was in a negative mood and spoke to me with annoyance. Understanding that this was not about me so no need to take it personal, I spoke to her in a very friendly manner. Albeit a strain for her, she ultimately gave me the answer I was seeking.

This is corroboration of growth and grace. I quickly relaxed into my knowing/truth and responded accordingly rather than react and match her frame of mind. What a relief and feeling of happiness to take responsibility for myself only and release her to hers.
